Every client that we do a “on-site Consultation” for gets a complete LIDAR scan from the attic to the basement, every single room. This allows us to understand your home in a way others just can’t by “eyeballing and measuring’. Lidar scanning allows us see how walls stack and how roof loads are being transferred to the foundation.
From these we will be able to offer you drafting and engineering services without an extra site visit. We’ll be able to produce a full set of exterior elevations (and plan view) and as well as plan-views of each level of the home. This allows us to be able to clearly communicate alterations to you, the city and the builder.
Structural inspections
Inspections with next day letters for single party clients (home owners) or multi party clients (real estate, bank and insurance).
On site consultations
Corrections and alterations with options for permit ready design documents and in person “verbal” construction budgeting.
Permit ready plan-sets
Planning, drafting and engineering to correct or alter your home. Also includes a written construction quote.
Construction Services
We offer written quotations for construction services for the designs we have completed for our clients – typically within 1-3 days of the visit.
